My Practice

Individuals

Individual work is at the core of my practice. I work with adults and adolescents on whatever is getting in the way — depression, anxiety, grief, loneliness, substance use, spiritual and creative blocks, illness, childhood abuse, trauma, or questions around sexuality, gender expression, and intimacy.

Partners

I work with intimate partners, siblings, polycules, business partners, and friendship pairs. I'm particularly interested in working with partners navigating change — whether that means coming together, restructuring, or moving apart.

Families and Groups

I have a broad definition of family — from traditional nuclear families to families of choice and nontraditional configurations. I can help you explore the patterns that sometimes interfere with how a family system functions. I also run short and long-term therapy groups. Please inquire about newly forming groups or groups open to new members.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with Journey Clinical. Visit the KAP page for full details on how it works, costs, and next steps.
